Become a Naturalist Intern

Inspire a love for the natural world. Gain hands-on experience in outdoor education.

As a Naturalist Intern, you’ll live and work at our beautiful residential outdoor education site in the Santa Cruz Mountains. You'll work alongside experienced naturalists to lead hikes, facilitate science-based learning in nature, and guide students in environmental awareness and team-building activities.

Serve as a Cabin Leader

Be a mentor. Build community. Change lives in one unforgettable week.

Cabin Leaders are high school students, college students, and community volunteers who stay in cabins with students and help support a safe, fun, and inclusive experience throughout the week. You’ll build relationships, model leadership, and help students feel confident and cared for while away from home.
